• We’ll conduct a rapid audit of your system, reviewing recent data, artifacts, and classroom instruction to help you define a clear yearlong literacy priority, ensuring focus and alignment for the work ahead.
• Our team will provide templates, tools, and ongoing professional learning and coaching to help your leaders run regular cycles of continuous improvement, breaking your priority into right-sized goals for ongoing and immediate impact.
• We will join your team on the ground for Instructional Coaching Visits where we’ll co-observe and help you lead walkthroughs to calibrate coaching and instruction across schools.
• Between visits, we’ll review videos of your team, the latest data, and action plans to provide 1:1 coaching for your leaders, equipping them to lead change effectively while honing their instructional coaching skills.
